When marketing your business via content strategies, it is important
to spark interest in your topics and titles with powerful words. These are often the first interactions you will have with a potential reader, viewer, or listener.


As a qualified journalist, I learned the importance of a good headline. The need to grab attention and the concept of the inverted pyramid approach and linking words to keep attention.

In this digital document, I share what content marketers refer to as
Power words or Powerful words. These words evoke and invoke
specific subconscious emotional responses within a reader. When crafting great titles to grab attention, you should consider using some of them where appropriate to garner an emotional response.

This is referred to as emotional marketing value (or EMV). An approach whereby you measure the intellectual, empathetic, and spiritual impact of the words you choose and use. This document expands on these concepts. Enjoy!
