This Privacy Policy explains how, Applaudable Media and our subsiduary product, the RenovateRight App (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in relation to our mobile services, web site, and any software provided on or in connection with our website and RenovateRight App services (collectively, the “Service”), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Information you provide us directly (e.g., account registration, project details).

We use commercially reasonable safeguards and industry-standard security practices to help keep the information collected through the Service secure. The application is architected with robust data access rules to ensure that only authenticated and authorized users can access their own data. No other user can view or access your private project information.
5. Use of Google reCAPTCHA
To protect our Service from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA, an advanced risk analysis engine. This service checks if an action on our site is being performed by a human user rather than an automated bot. When you use parts of our Service, particularly during authentication, reCAPTCHA sends hardware and software information, including device and application data, to Google for analysis.
Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We use this service based on our legitimate interest to prevent abuse of our Service.
6. Your Choices About Your Information
You can choose to cancel your subscription and delete your data at any time; please be aware we cannot recover your data once it is deleted from RenovateRight.app. To maintain our servers, we retain the right to also delete data linked to your account after a period of 3 months should you cancel your subscription to the service.
7. Use of Registered Email
We will use your registered email address to communicate with you about your account, subscription, and important updates to the Service. We may also send you information about new features or offers. You can opt-out of promotional communications at any time through the link provided in such emails.
