- Lintro: A mobile application for Android and iOS.
- Co-host: An internal proprietary chatbot service.

- RenovateRight: Project budgets, estimation data, and timelines.
- Lintro: Connection history, profile data, receipt logs, curated preferences.
- Co-host: Chat logs and query data (processed locally where applicable).

Note: For RenovateRight.app, we only use project-specific data (like budgets) in a de-identified or aggregated form. We do not share personally identifiable information (PII) with third parties for their marketing purposes.
For Lintro given we match you with other users your profile information, trust scores and identifiable data you have selected in your settings are used to curate your experience. These are required for the software to function in the way it is intended (i.e. an outcome-driven B2B matchmaking/networking service).
4. Sharing & Disclosure
- No Sale of Data: We do not rent or sell your PII to third parties.
- Aggregated Data: We may share anonymised, aggregated data (which cannot identify you) with partners to provide statistics on industry trends.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Applaudable Media and its users.
5. Data Storage, Security & Location
- Security: We use industry-standard encryption and robust data access rules. Our architecture ensures that only authenticated users can access their private project data.
- Hosting: Data may be stored and processed in any country where we or our service providers (e.g., Google Cloud/Firebase) maintain facilities.
- Local Processing: For the Co-host chatbot, data is primarily processed on local infrastructure to enhance privacy and reduce external exposure.
6. Third-Party Services (reCAPTCHA)
To prevent bot abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA. This service analyses hardware and software information. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
We also use revenuecat and stripe to collect payments, as such we (and you) the user are also protected and bound by their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
7. Data Retention & Your Rights
- Deletion: You may cancel your subscription and request data deletion at any time. Please note: Once deleted, data is unrecoverable.
- Inactive Accounts: To maintain server efficiency, we reserve the right to delete data linked to cancelled or inactive accounts after a period of three (3) months.
- Communication: We use your registered email for account updates and occasional promotional offers. You may opt-out of promotional emails via the “unsubscribe” link.
