Master Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any software application, mobile app, web service, or website provided by Applaudable Media (ABN 58 469 738 542) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Master Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of:

  • RenovateRight (renovateright.app) (Web application)
  • Lintro (Android and iOS mobile applications)
  • Co-host (Proprietary multi-modal locally hosted chatbot)
  • Any other products or services offered by Applaudable Media (collectively, the “Services”).

Note for RenovateRight.app Users: If you use the RenovateRight web application, you are also subject to the product-specific terms found within that platform. In the event of a conflict, the RenovateRight.app platform terms prevail for that specific service.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services.
  • Registration: To access certain features, you may be required to register via LinkedIn OIDC or other methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide true and accurate information during registration and use of the Services.

3. Subscription & Payments

i] RevenueCat

  • In-App Purchases: Certain Services, such as Lintro, may offer premium features via subscriptions or one-time purchases processed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) managed by RevenueCat.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management of these subscriptions must be handled through your respective store settings.
  • Refunds: All billing and refund requests are governed by the terms of the third-party store provider (Apple or Google).

ii] Stripe

  • RenovateRight.app: Subscription purchases are processed through third-party platforms managed by Stripe.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management of these subscriptions must be handled through your renovateright.app account settings.
  • Refunds: No refunds for renovateright.app are offered or implied, we do not provide refunds for change of mind or if you fail to disable your auto-renewal or fail to cancel your subscription tier. Users are responsible for managing your subscriptions.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Services, including code, design, logos, and proprietary technology, belong to Applaudable Media.
  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose or to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the software.
  • Use automated scripts to collect information or interact with the Services.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or spam.
  • Abuse our fair use policies or store inappropriate content on our servers, doing so will result in permanent removal/legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

  • “As Is” Basis: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Applaudable Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if a service we provide no longer becomes finacially viable or for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
